Two troubled soul, greedy for new adventures, experiences and landscapes.
I Marika have left my home town in Italy 5 years ago, I moved to London to learn English and, I guess, to try to prove something to myself.
Then, 2 years ago I left that beautiful city with a backpack on my shoulders and a Visa for Australia on my pocket ready for a new adventure.
I've been travelling almost all around Australia, met the most extraordinary people and done things that I would have never thought few years back.
Scott is Australian from WA, he went travelling to Europe with a backpack on his shoulders full of dreams and hopes and a WH for the UK in his pocket. He had an amazing time and has been absolutely overwhealmed by the experience and all the beautiful people that he met on his path.
After more than 2 years travelling around EU, once back to Australia he had the luck(?) to meet me and my always itchy feet and off we went again to explore this beautiful continent that is Australia.
We left WA visit South Australia, Victoria, New South Wells where we stop for 3 months to work and then back to WA again via Queensland, Canberra and Tasmania.
When my Visa expired I dragged him to Malaysia for a couple of weeks than he flew back to Australia for work and I kept going and visited Singapore, Thailand and Taiwan and I have to say that as a first experience in Asia has pretty good!!
Now that my Australian visitors visa it's about to expire it's time to go back to Europe and bring Scott with me to show him my back yard and that part of Italy and Europe a bit less touristy.
Our itinerary it has to be written so we are open to whatever would come to us.
We are planning a road trip in July, August up to Norway from my home town and back, and we hope to find some interesting people that would make the all experience even more amazing!
We are both love being outdoor! My passions are volleyball, beach volleyball, Yoga and meditation.
Scott was use to play field hockey before going travelling and he loves working with wood and knitting.
I'm usually that one who never shuts up, and can talk your head off.. =) Where Scott it's a bit more reserved and take a bit more time to come out but when he does and you get to know him it's an amazing guy and a beautiful person.

Algo increíble que he hecho

Travelling Australia for 7 months on a tiny little yellow car, camping with me sleeping in the car and Scott outside on his swag without killing each other!
Scott also when he was in Europe, once he was done with work and his WHV was at its end sent all his belongings back to Australia, kept just the minimum and bought a bike. With that and pretty much not training at all he cycled from the UK to France, through France and Spain until he got to Gibraltar in a couple of months and the flew back to Australia. Quite amazing right? =)

I can help you with cooking a bit, can teach you to play volleyball, I don't know if I'll be any good at that but I'm willing to try!
Scott is pretty good at knitting, working with wood and sawing with sawing machine since it's his trade.
He would be the best to learn from I reckon!!
We can share our experiences, our knowledge, our backgrounds and who we are with all the pros and cons.
We are always open to learn new things.
That's also why we travelling, to discover what we mostly good at and maybe at some point understand what we really want on our life.

Qué puedo ofrecer a los anfitriones

Always a good laught and good company!
But we know also how to make ourselves useful so if they are in need, we'll do our best to help in any way.
But if you enjoy more a beer or a good plate of pasta just let me know and w'll see what we can do! =)
Scott would bring the beers and I would make the pasta!
(Not really good with pizza tho.. I enjoy more eating it than making it..)
