Overview
About Me
I am an open-minded, curious and adventurous person. I was born in Prague, Czech Republic and have spent many of my summers at my grandparent's place in Hungary. After moving to Switzerland with my family, I discovered my love for traveling, meeting new people and exploring cultures.
I took part in an intercultural exchange and have therefore lived in Bangalore, India for one year. I stayed with a local family, went to a regular school and experienced a whole different way of living life.
During my studies, I got to travel to many places like Japan where I couchsurfed with a friend of mine and had the best time! I then went on to live in the Netherlands for 6 months as part of my university exchange, which I enjoyed a great bit, mostly because of all the biking and the beer! :D
Currently, I am living and interning in Washington D.C. and would love to explore as much of the US as possible!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
It's just amazing how the perspective on a county or city changes once you see it through the eyes of a local who knows all its beauties and secrets. Couchsurfing is the best way to do just that as I was able to experience during my trip in Japan in January 2015. All the people we could meet made our trip the best!!
