ABOUT ME

I am easy going, sociable, communicative person. Sometimes I am too talkative!
I live with a family consisting of me, my husband and my son (28). My daughter (31) moved to her own place. I am a vegetarian, I like outdoor sports and healthy lifestyle.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I can host couchserfers sometimes, and I hope to find new contacts in different countries when I travel.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I hosted some people and I stayed with a wonderful host Emma in London and Josef in Prague.

兴趣

I am interested in couching, pedagogy , sustainability, the circular economy, and outdoor sports. I like learning from other people all around the world. My hobbies are all related to outdoors - I do kayaking, alpine and cross-country skiing, backpacking and hiking, and cycling. I also run a non-commercial geographical cooking club, we organise master-classes to help people learn about different cultures through cooking and eating. So, anybody who can play a role of a Master and teach us your national cuisine is welcome!

My wonderful children are my main achievement, as they are good and friendly people!
I participated in the World Master Games - 2013, competed as a canoe slalom athlete.
I lead the groups and organise tours with trekking in Himalaya.
