I’m Marike and I grew up near the coast of northern Germany. Growing up on the countryside I’ve always spent a lot of time exploring nature.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I came to Paris in September as an Erasmus student from Leuphana Universität in Lüneburg, near Hamburg. After studying in Paris for one semester I wanted to get to stay a little longer and I’m now doing an internship in Paris. I will keep on exploring and getting to know Paris better, but also want to get to know France more and travel around!

I’ve been a vegetarian for over 10 years and love to cook and prepare nice food for friends & family! I am very into Asian and Mexican cuisine and can teach you some amazing vegetarian meals!
