About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Finding my path through the life stories of others

ABOUT ME

I am constantly on a search for something new, something more, and that's why I love to meet people with open spirits and great stories to share.

PHILOSOPHY

Be real. Stay curious.
Listen to others. listen listen listen.
Be a good judge.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Hoping to travel around using this project, and once I settle down... "settle down", I will have a place for visitors from around the world.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have been able to host a few couch surfers and share the great experience of welcoming guests who then become instant friends!. I have also participated in many events, usually involing food or nature, and they've been very positive.

Interests

People (good conversations)
Food (all sorts, ...except those with insects)
Traveling
Nature (hikes, picnics)
Running (when Im motivated)
Languages
Art
Dancing (living room dance sessions are my favourite:)

Music, Movies, and Books

Not my forte.
I like a range of ...everything.
Really depends on my mood. Comedy, drama, action, lovey-dovey... jazz, chansons, classic, rock, acoustic ...
... what I can say is that I am horrible at remembering the names/titles of films, singers, books that I've enjoyed..

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Nature. Living in the French Alpes, I cannot help but be in awe of the beauty and magic of nature.

Teach, Learn, Share

Respect each culture.
An attempt at speaking Japanese when you arrive in Japan will go a far way. I think that goes for every country that we visit.
I think the best way to travel and to get as much out of a visit as we can is to try and integrate into the foreign society as much as possible.

Countries I’ve Visited

Belgium, Denmark, Netherlands, United Kingdom

Countries I’ve Lived In

Australia, Canada, France, Japan
