I'm a 21-year old student from little ol' Estonia, making my first independent steps in the world, discovering myself and others around me, & just hoping to have some fun.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Summer 2014 I hosted a group of young people from very different countries (Egypt, Italy, Turkey, Czech Rep., Slovakia, Kyrgyzstan, China) - young volunteers who came to participate in a social project in Estonia, which I helped organise.

I'm hoping to get a chance to be a part of this great community and meet new amazing people!

I enjoy reading, listening to music, watching way too many TV series (seriously, there are not enough hours in a day for me to catch up on all the shows I've once started watching), and after soaking up enough me-time, hanging out with a few good friends. Depending on various factors (such as the weather, time of day, hours of zzz-s consumed previous night, levels of alcohol in my blood etc.) I enjoy conversing on topics ranging from deep philosophical shite to who is the most badass character on The Walking Dead.

Morceaux de musique, films et livres

I love reading. Just love it. I'm not picky with genres - as long as a book is well-written and draws me into the story, I'm into it. I mostly read contemporary (Paul Auster is my favourite author), fantasy (Robin Hobb) and also enjoy historical fiction.

Some books that have stayed in my heart over the years: Markus Zusak - The Book Thief, Graham Greene - The Quiet American, Paul Auster - The New York Trilogy, Robin Hobb - The Farseer Trilogy, Douglas Adams - The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy, Mark Haddon - The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night-Time

Une aventure extraordinaire que j'ai vécue

I've shook hands with the king of Lesotho while in South Africa! Having played at an orchestra for almost 8 years has given me the opportunity to give concerts - play beautiful music - at the most breathtaking places around the world. When the audience enjoys it, it's a wonderful feeling!
