I’m Marilou and for the two last two years some people call me Madame Ginger. My work in Public Relations and in Communications ended somewhat early, when at the age of 27 I decided to study culinary arts so that I can work professionally as a chef. You will now find me working in the kitchen of New York Sandwiches (a burger place in Athens) during the weekends, cooking brunch. I'm also a Food Blogger! I'm married to this incredible guy in my profile pic, Stelios, we live in Crete and we have two dogs. When in Athens, I live with my brother Konstantinos who is 26 years old.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I would love to have people in my house and show them my city, or even travel together in Greece ! I can offer a double bed-couch, but I warn you...My dog Torro, an adorable Jack Russell, will cuddle with you during the night! It's my pleasure to cook for my guests and it would be great if I could learn some recipes from all over the world!
