Hi!

I'm Marilyn, a French and Literature collège teacher in Quebec. I'm a friendly person who always care about others feelings. I am also really compassionate toward animals and I've been following a vegan lifestyle for 3 years. Even though I don't drink alcohol and have this (some must say "crazy") vegan lifestyle, I'm really fun to hang out with! Don't be fooled! :p

I'm also becoming "geeker" every year, having been converted to comic books reading, RPG, superhero and sci-fi series and movies. I've also been a horror movie fan for my whole life and a real Super Nintendo enthusiast (the only console I've ever played with).

When I travel, I like to meet people, visit art museums, try some vegan restaurants, hike and watch some beautiful landscapes.

Music, Movies, and Books

I love instrumental music like Philip Glass, Ludovico Einaudi or Penguin Cafe Orchestra, but I must admit that the sounds of rain, wind and cats purring really are my favourites sounds of all.
Being a literature gal, it's a real torture for me to determine my favourite books, but I deeply love Aimé Césaire's "Cahier d'un retour au pays natal".
Lately, I also read a lot of graphic novels and I'm amazed by Chris Ware's work (but, I mean, who wouldn't be?!).
