I am 22 years old and study English and social studies with teaching option at the university in Essen which is a member in the biggest university hub here in Germany.
Also I work as a media producer in educational research to finance my studies and to get my knowlegde growing.

I love to cook, poetryslam and play some videogames (if I have some time to spare, which rarely is happing).
Also I see myself as an quite intercultural person always striving to learn something new and to understand different cultures and people.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I am always looking for alternate ways of living and couchsurfing just helps to keep you independed from any hotel that is just after your money, but you are able to explore the cities and countries culture while meeting up with locals and also experiencing their way of living.

Also me and my girlfriend would love to host other people traveling to the "Ruhrgebiet" we live in, to show them the urban culture of this region.

Music, Movies, and Books

Talking about music, I am a simple person as i kinda hear everything but I do love the German band "Die Ärzte".

If we talk about books I would say Harry Potter was simply outstanding, but also I like several other books - way too much to write them all down.

As I am not that "movie"-person and more into series I would like to mention Supernatural, Limitless and probably Doctor Who and Sherlock as well.
