About Me

I am open to new experiences, outgoing and cheerful. I love to see places, meet people, get to know foreign cultures, try foreign food and simply just experiencing something I never did before. My mom virtured passion to travelling to me taking me with her on every trip she would make. Now I love to explore new places and not only as a tourist but to have a deeper look on the culture.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Staying in a hotel never lets you really get into the culture. Every other hotel in every other country is absolutely the same. But getting to see how the natives live, become a part of their routine for a day gives more impression of the country than staying in a hotel for a week. This is the best chance to interact with foreign culture - ask your question to the people and tell them about yourself directly.

Music, Movies, and Books

Music: Mostly British and American alt-rock bands, especially Muse. But normally my choice of playlist depends on too many things to describe them here.
Movies: Depending on the mood, whatever triggers some emotions. I love all the genres because each of them tackles on particular aspects of life. I can point out Guy Ritchey's and Quentin Tarantino's works but cannot say for sure i would prefer their film to any other.
Books: Modern and Post-modern literature (Remarque, Hamingway, Böll, Golding, Faulkner, Camus), Russian classical literature (Tolstoy, Gogol, Dostoyevsky), Roberts' "Shantaram" is the best out of reciently read books. Actually literature is something I can talk about for hours.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Life is full of amazing moments and of course mine is not an exception. I find many different things i've done amazing from spontanious trips to a simple smile to a stranger in the street.

Teach, Learn, Share

If you would love to learn a ittle bit of Russian I would be more than eager to help

What I Can Share with Hosts

My company, aspects of my culture (wanna learn some Russian?), my previous travel experiences. I am the kind of a traveler who always gets in trouble but in the end of the day has the best adventures. So I can share many funny stories about being lost, stuck, robbed, arrested and so on.
