Informazioni generali
Chi sono
Hello everyone! I'm Marina, I'm a recently graduated civil engineer from Rosario, Argentina.
I think I can define myself as an outgoing person, I'm always willing to meet new people all over the world and learn all I can from them.
I think sharing is one of the richest things you can earn from traveling. I love having long conversations with people who thinks differently and I really enjoy listening their points of view.
Perché sono iscritto su Couchsurfing
I love the idea of sharing experiences with locals! And also with travellers that can stay in my house. We can have differents cultures or traditions that can be eassily shared with each other.
I have had the best time with my hosts, and they were all so nice with me, that the only way I can think to thank them is by hosting people in my home.
Interessi
My pasion is to travel. I truly enjoy visiting new places, ancient buildings, museums, but I always need a park or anywhere to sit down a minute, relax, and drink some mate (argentinian tea).
I love spending time with my friends and family, cooking and listening to music, generally I combine a few of this activities together.
I also like sailing, we usually do it on sundays afternoons with my family in the river Parana, in Rosario.
Musica, film e libri
I have a very variated taste in music, just to mention a few: Coldplay, The Beatles, Queen, AC/DC, Arctic Monkeys, Manu Chao, Bob Marley, Onda Vaga, La Vela Puerca, No te Va a Gustar, Charly Garcia, Fito Paez, Andres Calamaro, Divididos, Babasonicos, Kevin Johansen, Jorge Drexler, Calle 13
But i'm also willing to know the music listened in the place i'm visiting :) Thats why I'm becoming a fan of Tryo, a band from France
I'm not a very movie watcher, but I'm specially fan of argentinian movies. If you have watched Relatos Salvajes we have definitely something to talk about
Una cosa incredibile che ho fatto
Camino del Inca in Perú
Puenting in Ecuador
Insegna, impara, condividi
We can share a meal, or even some cake! (I'm a good dessert cooker, or at least thats what my family says haha). Preparing a cake to someone is my way to demonstrate how thankful I am :)
I'm learning french, so it would be really helpful if we can comunicate in french. But also I can teach you some english or spanish (specially some words in argentino)
Cosa posso offrire ai padroni di casa
A simple conversation around some beers would be nice, maybe a meal, getting to know things about their hometown.
