About Me

An old song from my childhood comes back and Gwen Stefani's voice pops up in my mind: "I'm just a girl in the world"... that's an easy start. I guess that the "I love to travel" part is quite obvious given the fact that we both are here in the site, right?

So... yeah. I'm a very active person always looking to know more of absolutely everything. Let's talk about science, art, society, politics, books, movies, the universe, your pets, my family or whatever... If I don't know about the topic, I'll shut up and listen eagerly to whatever you have to say about it. As long as you can be respectful and open minded, I'll always love to share any chat. And if is accompanied by a coffee or beer, even better.

I'm a learner, that's the shortest way to put it. I'm a committed student and my time is hundred percent dedicated to understand better myself and the world around me. Travelling has helped me a lot to do that and I'm planning to keep on adding nice experiences with friendly people from all around the globe.

My current situation prevents me from hosting, so I can only surf by now, but I hope that will change soon.

I hope I'll meet you soon and exchange some nice experiences and laughs !!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Because for me travelling is not just taking pictures with nice buildings, but also meeting new people. A chat over a cup of tea can give you a much better picture of how wide the world is than travelling thousands of kilometres around the globe.

Interests

I love activities outdoors. Let them be in the mountain, the countryside or the beach... nature is wonderful and I enjoy every second of being surrounded by it. I like walking and running, although I prefer team sports.

I'm a greedy reader. Give me a long saga that I can read through the years and you'd have made me happy. Fantasy and historic novels are the best for me!

Music, Movies, and Books

My book heaven: His Dark Materials (Phillip Pullman), The Shadow of the Wind (Carlos Ruiz Zafón), Saga of the Borderlands (Liliana Bodoc), The Last Kingdom (Bernard Cornwell), The Dark Tower (Stephen King).

My music library (a 10% of it): Joss Stone, Astor Piazzolla, Mago de Oz, Metallica, Alice in Chains, Black Label Society, Chopin, Beethoven, Jethro Tull, Bill Evans, Chick Corea, Frank Sinatra, Eric Clapton, Chet Baker, Ray Charles, Apocalyptica, Sonata Arctiva, Deep Purple, Nightwish, Haydn. Sometimes you just feel like chill and listen to Bob Marley, or go a bit more lyric and get emotional with Pavarotti. I'm certain we'll find music to enjoy together!
