About Me
CURRENT MISSION
To experience the world with all my senses

ABOUT ME
I grew up in Germany and somehow ended up studying in Australia about 7 years ago. It turned out that being a South American looking European girl pays off in the land Down Under, as it wasn't long until I met my partner in crime Jarrah Adams. Together we discovered our passion for climbing and the joy it brings to host the occasional Townsville traveller.
Our increasingly adventurous spirit fulfilled us with an ever-growing desire to just quit our jobs, pack our bags, and start exploring the world climbing and getting to know like-minded people from all over.
In 2014, we spontaneously decided that now was the time to make our dream a reality, so we did all of the above and took off to start our adventure!
PHILOSOPHY
"Love trumps hate - eventually, hopefully!"
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
During my first backpacking trip through Australia, it quickly became apparent to me that I'm a good traveller, but a bad tourist. I never enjoyed ticking off the 'must-see' sights of each place, just to fill my photo-albums back home with lifeless memories.
Instead, I want to immerse myself into the life and culture of the places I visit, thereby getting touched by the people that make each of them unique in the world!
For this reason I feel that couchsurfing will be the perfect way to experience the world for me.
