How I would describe myself: open minded, extrovert, really easy going, responsible, relaxed (sometimes maybe too much haha)

Spanish girl that grew up in Mallorca, Spain. I studied law and did the last semester in Münster, Germany. Really cool students city. Couldn't travel that much when I was there because my Erasmus experience was not the typical Erasmus experience, they study a loooooot there, so I had to do it also so that I could pass all my subjects as it was my last semester hahaha.

For "Erasmus reasons" I couldn't do my master after my studies so I decided that the best option, instead of staying in Mallorca without a job and no oportunity to keep learning was being an au pair. That way I could learn German I didn't in Münster.

I thought I could travel more as an au pair than as an Erasmus, but the reality is that money and time was still a huge barrier! (or there was always an excuse...)

I am really passionate about dancing (specially salsa and bachata). Love some good salsa cubana! It is almost three years since I discovered salsa and bachata (I mean I always liked dancing but never went to classes before). And the way I can describe it, is that salsa and bachata improved my quality of life. I cannot recommend it enough...
I like going to latin dancing clubs every city I visit.

I really like animals (honestly dogs the most). I had a dog for 10 years but sadly she passed away a few years ago. I feel like dogs bring inconditional love to our lives, and I really like it. But now I wouldn't take a dog because I know how much work it is and because of my studies and my job I don't have enough time to properly take care of it...

Other things that I like: using BlaBlaCar (only had good experiences), listening to music (I don't trust people who don't like listening to music haha), good weather, sun bathing (it was difficult to keep my skin dark as I was living in Germany - REALLY DIFFICULT), car driving, YouTube and make up (not on a daily basis).

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I opened this profile because I like to travel, so I am looking for great hosts :).
I didn't do it while I was doing my Erasmus in Münster because I didn't had time to :D

I decided to go for Couchsurfing because I think it is amazing way to meet new people that I couldn't meet any other way. People I want to meet in couchsurfing don't live in my city, don't have my nationality, probably don't speak my language, we won't probably have the same interests or hobbys, neither the same studies or education, so the only opportunity we have to meet each other and get to know each other is by Couchsurfing. Just the fact that we are in the same city gives us the opportunity to know each other and explain a little bit about our lives and experiences.
I already experienced it with BlaBlaCar (it is a way to drive cheap by car instead of FlixBus or trains). I have been using it often during 2017. Driving between Múnich and Nordrhein-Westafalia for 6 hours gave me the opportunity to get to hear amazing stories from people that I met just because they travelled between the cities I did.
