Hello, we’re Marina and Ryan, we’re 20 and 23 years old, and we’re both Brazilian. 🇧🇷

I (Marina) arrived in the country less than six months ago, live in Peniche, and study Tourism and Hotel Management at the Polytechnic Institute of Leiria. Ryan, on the other hand, has lived in Lisbon since he was three and played music in a church for eight years.

Our interests on the platform are varied—especially mine, lol. Together, we share a love for meeting new people and learning about their stories and cultures. Personally, I’m focused on learning new things and growing in my professional field, while he aims to create content (videos) about different places.

Music, Movies, and Books

We enjoy exploring new music genres and don’t have a favorite one. When it comes to movies, Ryan likes horror, and I prefer comedy. As for books, I mostly read technical and academic texts for college, while Ryan sees reading as a leisure activity and enjoys psychology books and the Harry Potter series.

I moved to Portugal on my own to attend college (Marina), and he plays five musical instruments (Ryan).
