I am Marina, graphic designer and illustrator, I grew up in Valencia, but I lived in Kraków (Erasmus program as a student) and now, again, in Barcelona.

I love Science Fiction and Fantasy literature, anyway, I love reading, really I do.
I love Cortázar, Delibes, Ana María Matute in the spanish literature. In foreign languages;Terry Pratchet, China Miéville (Embassytown is WOW) Murakami...

I like rock, pop and electronic music, you can say "indie music" both national and international. I like"classics" as Lou Reed or David Bowie as well as contemporary as Crystal Fighters, Arcade Fire, Belle & Sebastian or Björk.

I love anime and animated films. I prefer to see indie cinema too, european or wherever but "author" cinema or just Adventure and Science Fiction.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can share the culture and history of mi city. I love Art and culture and I love to share my knowledge. I will tell you, and maybe show you, what a real paella is.
Yes, paella is from Valencia. We eat paella almost every Sunday with family or friends, and there are many kinds of dishes involving rice, really, so many ;-)
I can share my knowledge about bars and restaurants for locals too and other cultural events in my city.

Also I can teach Spanish and help with English. I can teach you how to cook spanish omelette too and, of course, I can teach something about photography, Arts & Crafts and design programs.
