Our family has always dreamed to build our own house away from the crowded city.
Having reached successful results in managing business projects we took a decision to
make a dream come true. Over several years the house was constructed. Without a
pomposity and in a simple fashion that makes it more inviting . Every single piece is made
with own hands with love and affection.
It’s a favorite place  of rest of multiple guests and friends that  come back  to us  time and
time again  because they feel cared for here.
Igor is - a skilled handyman. Almost every thing at home and in the
backyard is made with his hands. And he is still consults different business projects.
And the mastermind and the inspiration of all this beauty is Mistress Marina. In addition to
homestead maintenance and education of the children she is doing painting which she
loves a lot since she was a kid.

What I Can Share with Hosts

Our home is located 35 km far from Kiev. Convenient asphalted access
road makes it easy to get to.
It is a wonderful place for the whole family, with children's playground in a private closed
courtyard, barbeque set, and lovely domestic pets. A steam sauna will help revive your
body and your soul. From the back of the estate\house there is an exit to the meadows and
a few lakes within walking distance. Just a short walk and you have a great time  swimming
in the lake or fishing. Or go for a bike ride in case you prefer bicycling.
Depending on a season there is a possibility to organize walk to the woods to collect
berries, mushrooms, medicinal herbs or pick bouquet of field flowers.
