ABOUT ME

Well I'm really bad with orientation and geography - that's why I don't understand the meaning of: "we went/drove that way at least once - don't you remember?". But in times of smartphones and me not being afraid of asking for the right way I always ended up where I wanted to be and most times found interesting places while making a detour.
Apart from that I'm really attached to old things and can't throw away anything - I might end up in an apartment full of crap for most people but I like living in a surrounding full of memories. Therefore I always have to struggle with myself as soon as I enter a fleamarket - so many old things I would like to have.
Even though I'm attached to old things I'm also pretty curious and strive for the discovery of something new - which is what I get out of travelling. Besides working experience abroad during an internship in London, volunteering as a teamer in a surfcamp in France and now studying in Finland gave me more trust in myself and made me act more independently. Now I know that I always figure out my way, make friends and enjoy life no matter where I am. Sometimes I feel a bit restless and always search for something new to challenge myself. Nonetheless I hope I overcome my strive for perfection and searching something better one day and end up happy, full of memories and great experiences somewhere in the world.

Musica, film e libri

When it comes to movies or books I always prefer those based on a real story. I think when one spends 90 minutes watching a film you should get something out of it - no matter if it it cheers you up, helps you showing your feelings or encourages you to dream more and take some risks! Therefore I love the film "into the wild". Another great movie I saw recently is "Tracks".
Besides I'm a big fan of books of Nick Hornby.

I worked and lived in Bangalore for 6 months and met some really great people!
Skydiving was pretty amazing too.

Hmm...I can show you how to crochet a hat. Besides I'm good at drawing and love make things look pretty with simple DIY tricks.
