My name is Marina, I am 31 years old and I am from Germany.

I have just started my solo world trip in June 2024 and I am currently traveling around! 🎒🌍🗺️

Meeting new people, getting to know their cultures and just having a great time together, that‘s why I am here.

I just started to do Couchsurfing and I am really excited to experience it.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I think couchsurfing is a great way to get in touch with locals. For me, it is very interesting to learn more about the country and the people and cultures. And I think the best way to do that is to meet locals and spend time with them. That's why I'm here. I hope to have a great time together with great conversations and a lot of fun. ☺️

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

When I traveled to Mauritius alone, my flight was cancelled, so I couldn't be with my family over Christmas and only came home two days later. The owner of the hotel I was staying in invited me to his home that evening as he had noticed that I couldn't get home. We had a great evening together and I was so grateful that he did that for me. 🙏
