Finding friends and a place to crush in Lyon for a few days

WHAT: GUEST (seeking host)

WHERE: Lyon, France

WHEN: any day (or maybe a couple or more if possible?) between 24th and 29th May

WHY: I am coming to Lyon to visit a friend and discover the city, but my friend has just been informed by her flatmate that she's not allowed to host anyone in the apartment. If anyone has a couch I could crush on I would extremely grateful (ideally for most of the days I will be there, but if you only can host for a night or two, I'd be very happy to accept your offer as well!). I can cook/bake for you! And would love to invite you to a restaurant to thank you. :)

Something about me: I'm a 32 yo Italian girl living in Lille (Northern France) and I've lived in Ireland and Spain in the past.
I love chatting and meeting new people and in the past I've traveled thanks to CS and met wonderful friends.
My French is good so no worries if you can't speak English!

After the Summer holidays I will be in a position to offer a couch in my apartment in Lille! Can't wait to host people.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I couchsurfed during my on-the-road trip in Portugal. I'm so glad I did! I had the chance to meet a lot of people and to experience the real portuguese way of life. I coudn't find a better way for travelling :)
Afterwards, I used CS in Mexico as well (and it was fab!!), as well as in France. It's really amazing how CS helps bringing people together.

Interests

I love baking; I always think about some new treat to cook and share with my friends. I love to blog my creations with my photos of them.

Food photography is a great passion of mine.

I love literature. I'd spend lot of time reading and listening to good music.

I love to organize my travels too; I often think about a new place to visit and I love planning what I'd see or how I'd move, even in an only ipothetical way. Perhaps I have a "travel agent" disposition?

I love the old Italian films. Sometimes, I would watch two or three movies in a day. Old cinemas are among my favourite places in the world.

I love languages. Above all, the romance languages. I am not as good as I would in English. I handle French quite well. I studied some Spanish. I only know a few words in Portuguese, thanks to a beautiful couchsurfer traver, although I'd be really happy to learn it better with a specific language course in Portugal, in the future - why not?
