About Me
ABOUT ME
I am a Family Doctor (usually know as GP) in my home country (Brazil), who enjoy dancing, drawing and traveling as much as possible!
I can say I am a creative person, a pet lover, a defensor of rights and freedom. I love exotic things, including exotic food - by the way, if you have any food that is considered "different" I would love to try it! I have a calm personality, easily adaptable, and I really don't care about luxury.
PHILOSOPHY
"I want a life with a bigger purport. I want something beyond of the simply profit of breathing."
Therefore, I want to live, and not just "pass through life". I want to make difference in other people's lives. I wanna take every opportunity to grow personally, as well as professionally.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I want to experience the daily life of the cities, want to share life stories, and know different cultures around the world. What would be better than staying in good and nice people's couches and (hopefully soon) open my home to nice people to stay at as well?
Interests
I am really interested in arts world. I love dance, and appreciate every different style of dance that exist in this world! I also like drawing, sports, music and movies. Outdoor activities and camping too. But I think the top interest of mine is on travelling! I am continually seeking for different cultures and wanna have experiences to keep with me for my life. The unknown really attracts me, as do good companies and a glass of a good wine.
Music, Movies, and Books
Music: I am very eclectic, and like to enjoy good music and good vibes. I listen from reggae to classical music, according to the moment and to my feelings. I love MPB (Brazilian popular music) and would be great to show you some good Brazilian songs, if you wish.
Movies: this is kind of hard for me! documentaries, musicals, films based on real stories, history-related movies, drama, and thriller movies can catch my attention. But I enjoy some romances and adventure films too.... And Fantasy! hahahahaha To sum up, (almost) everything.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I lived for 13 months in Australia, and travelled solo for 2 months around Southeast Asia in 2016. To be away from my "comfort zone" is appearing to be the best thing that ever happened to me. It definitely changed the way I used to see life.
Teach, Learn, Share
I can teach you some dance movements, some Portuguese words. Can try to teach you some manual arts, and share lots of good stories. I would love to cook you a typical Brazilian "brigadeiro" that will stole your heart! (if you like sweets, of course). On the other hand, I will appreciate to learn anything about your country and listen to your own stories.
