Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I used to host people when I had the space for it. Currently I m not leaving at my own place so I can t host anymore but I m please to make people discover my hometown and to share a drink, etc.
Since a few months I decided to quit my job this summer and to travel alone on a world trip so I will be more a couchsurfer than an host ^^

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I went to Brussels and be hosted for 3 days, it was my 1st experience and really nice, thus I wish to continue :)That's the best way to travel and meet people, I'm glad I did it. Then I went to Portugal and also had 2 great hosts, the same in Germany etc.
I hosted when I was in a flatshare and it was a good experience we liked it and I was please to help in return ! We had good times hosting :)

Interests

Loving music, cinema, art and litterature. I'm working only with CDs and DVDs, so that's great ! I also love beer, and food ! especially from other countries.
I don t have a band at this moment but starting playing solo my own songs :) maybe I could perform some during my trip ;
I'm fond of tatoos, I think I m pretty well covered but so many tatoos I d like to add 😁

J'aime la musique et le cinema, la litterature... tout ce qui concerne l'art. Je travaille actuellement dans une grande mediatheque, uniquement dans le rayon CD et DVD mais j arrete en juillet pour me lancer dans un tour su monde ! Je me suis lancée dans un projet solo en folk acoustique :) . Mes amis, les histoires me font voyager et m'aident a aimer la vie, decouvrir d'autres cultures rend la vie plus belle. Et j'ai une une passion pour les tatouages, je commence à être pas mal recouverte ^^

Music, Movies, and Books

My favorite styles in music or Rock (from pop rock, folk until black metal) and classical music. I learnt for 10 years piano and I'm playing a bit guitar, as I sing :) I had several rock bands, and it was really nice. My favorite artists : Queen, Radiohead, Smashing Pumpkins, Björk,... recently I'm listening a lot King Crimson and Om.
About books, I love fantasy and science fiction (Game of thrones, Lord of the rings, Terry Pratchett) bt I also read Proust, Kundera... recently: "Le roi des aulnes"from Tournier. I'm totally fond of comic books (mangas, comics, BDs...). Moëbius, Schuiten, Jiro Taniguchi, Tsutomu Nihei...
And one of my other passions : cinema. I'm in charge of DVDs in my library, so... I love Cronenberg, Kitano, Loach... and I watched some Sokourov and Nikita Mikhalkov, that's really great !

I m looking for a peaceful way of live, learn from everyone... I d like to be closer to nature, learn permaculture (that s why I m looking to do some wwoofing too :) ). To be free and live day by day, to see where my feet and people I meet guide me !
I can teach what I know, the things I saw, my positive attitude... I m really looking for good connections and vibes :) and i d be happy to play music ^^
