Hi!! My name is Marina. I love history and I enjoy reading, watching movies and series. I would say my passion is to travel. I love to see the world, meet new people and cultures.

ABOUT ME
I think my friends would say I have a strong personality. I am kind and generous and like to get along, have fun, have great conversations and good times, but I also have strong opinions.
I like meeting people to share experiences and stories.
I am crazy about movies and I like history and love travelling. What I most enjoy about going to new places is sightseeing, learning new things, exploring, going to museums, trying typical foods, meeting new people, walking through the streets, etc. I also enjoy going out at night and having fun :)
I like cooking for friends and family!!

I firmly believe in letting everyone be themselves! This should be a free world for all of us.
Don’t criticize the people you have around, let them be free and joyful, and concentrate on yourself and being happier instead on putting down someone else’s dreams!

Pourquoi je suis sur Couchsurfing

I'm on Couchsurfing because I think it’s a great way of being able to travel and meet locals as well. I have proven over the years, that when you only travel with friends and stay in hotels, you tend to keep more to yourself and the people you are traveling with. It’s best to open up and meet lots of new people to share things with! Couchsurfing is a great way of doing that! :)

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I had really excellent experiences in Couchsurfing. I did my first one with a friend and it was amazing.
So far I have couchsurfed in:
- London
- Berlin
- Brussels
- Edinburgh
- Oslo
- Manchester
- Los Angeles
- San Francisco
I also made an event in London. It was great and I got to hang out and meet people from all over!
I went to a couple of events in Buenos Aires as well and met many travelers from abroad for sightseeing or going out, rediscovering my own city.

Centres d'intérêt

My main interest as I mention before is traveling.
I like to cook for friends. Everyone who has tried my recipes said they were really good! Recently made Mexican for 17 of my friends :)
I like listening to music. Makes me remember times and people and puts me into a different state of mind. I mostly listen to music in English and French!
I can be fan and active but also enjoy some quiet and relaxed time.

Morceaux de musique, films et livres

Movies: I have watched so many that it would be and endless list.

TV shows: Some of my favorite TV shows of the last couple of years are: Downton Abby, Law and Order SVU, The Walking Dead, Scandal, American Horror Story, Game of Thrones, Homeland and OF COURSE Breaking Bad!!!

Books: is the same as the previous topics. I have read a lot so it would be difficult to mention them, but I mostly prefer biographies or history books. I have red many books about World War II, the Holocaust, etc. since I worked in a History Museum about the Holocaust for almost 6 years. I've also enjoyed some science fiction.

Music: I really like a wide range of music. It doesn't really mater who the artist is or what is the style!!! Anyway I mostly like house music.

Une aventure extraordinaire que j'ai vécue

I wouldn't know how to choose. "Amazing" is so difficult to define and different for each person. I've travel a bit since I was young and I have seen many things I thought were incredible. But there is a really long list of places and things I still want to see and I am decided to accomplish. I try to live thinking I don't want to ever regret those things I didn't do when I could, from the most silly one to others that are more difficult :)

I would love to hear stories. I would like to know about family, history, travels, etc.
We could have nice chats since I am a person that can talk about anything.

I think I can offer great conversation with lots of different topics and of course a great meal.
I would love to cook something from my country and share recipes. I think is very interesting to try new flavors and ingredients.
We can also hang out and go to some interesting places in the city during the day or night, depending in each person : )
