About Me

CURRENT MISSION

"Nothing left to do but smile, smile, smile"

ABOUT ME

I'm a very outgoing person and a free spirit! Art is my passion and I love the outdoors. Meeting new people and going new places is what I thrive on. I'm up for anything, anytime. I'm definitely the type who sees everyday as an adventure and thinks everyone has a story to tell. I'm weird, sarcastic, and love to party. I also am really into philosophy and spirituality.

PHILOSOPHY

"Each morning we are born again. What we do today is what matters most." -Buddha

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I'm new to Couch Surfing, but I'd love to host and meet some new, open-minded people as well as travel to other people's couches.

I've my roommate has also hosted a few folks at our apartment, so I've had that experience :)

Interests

I'm a graphic design major and have always loved music and art. Music festivals have been where a lot of my favorite memories were made. I also love camping and nature. A lot of the places I've visited in the U.S. have been national parks.

Music, Movies, and Books

Some movies I love are Fight Club, SLC Punk, and Avatar.
When it comes to music I really love pretty much anything from the 90s, like the Smashing Pumpkins, The Flaming Lips, 311, Rancid, Big D and the Kids Table etc. I'm also a dead head!
I don't read much beyond interesting articles I find on the internet and the Bhagavad Gita haha.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

One moment that left me awestruck was in California. When I saw Yosemite falls I was speechless, and felt totally one with nature that whole trip. Another great time was when I visited New Orleans for Voodoo Experience, which is now my favorite city. The culture in that city is incredible and everyone I met from there was unbelievably friendly.

Living around the Lou has been one amazing experience in itself. The people I've meet and experiences I've had have been one wild ride.
