Hi!
I'm Marine and I'm new to Couchsurfing. Before hosting, I'd love to experience it for myself and I've just started a 3 months break so, it's the perfect time.
Workwise, I'm a social worker turned (soon) project manager. I've lived in Brussels for almost 10 years and absolutely love this city.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm now travelling in the UK for a few weeks and I like to meet people here, to make the experience even better!
I'm always a bit nervous meeting new people but in the end, I'm quite sociable. I like to see the bright side and learn new things. I'm open to trying everything at least once. I'm definitely bringing my enthousiasm with me but sometimes, I also like calm and quiet.

Music, Movies, and Books

I have an eclectic taste in music but my latest discovery is the band Yard Act. Their concert in Brussels a few weeks ago was incredible!
When it comes to movies, I've recently been really touched by Perfect Days from Wim Wenders. I adore tv shows and love to binge them (oops).

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Probably not that amazing but I've completed a master while working full time and that was not easy!

I love learning new things and everything that my hosts are feeling like sharing, I'd love to hear. Every conversation brings me something and I like the idea that we're all just shaped by every person we've met, no matter how small the interaction is.
