About Me

ABOUT ME

I'm 23 years old and i'm studying geography and specially environment and protected areas. For this reason, I'm travelling to Brazil to do a field research about Gandarela park's creation which is near Belo Horizonte, in Minas Gerais State.
I like travels and I'm very curious about diferent cultures and way of life. A large part of my family is colombian so I've already travel in Colombia (6 month) and Argentina, and now I will stay 6 month in Brazil. I grew up in a large family so I think I'm easy going and I like living in community. I like to move and discover new activities, but I like also stay quiet and talking with my friends with a cup of tea.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

For the moment I travel to Brazil from March 2012 to August 2012, so I can't host anybody, but I'm looking for hosts in Belo Horizonte. I will do a research so I will work on my own, but i really want to meet brazilian people and share moments with them.

Interests

I love Geography, because this doesn't mean learning the names of rivers by heart but take interest in history, politics, anthropology, environment, economy, among others. But it's specially because it opens on cultures around the world...
I really love music and specially latin's music, afrocaribean's music, african's music (I played percussions for many years), reggae and soul.. and I love dancing too! I'm very interested in discover new music every time. I like walking in nature and others outdoors activities. I like cooking but honestly I love eat and taste new food every time.
