Im 27 years old, french female, and Im currently living in Montreal, Quebec for a summer of sedentarization!
I just end a 18 months trip from canada to guatemala. I want to open in a few years my own restaurant.
The goal was to cross Americas from north to south, by alternating experiences in catering (if possible sustainable, social, even better) and woofing (work in organic farms in exchange for a room and food) to confront myself to the fieldwork and to learn different sustainable farming techniques (permaculture, aquaponics, anti-waste struggle, growing "super foods", recycling) and local cuisine (Long life to grandmothers recipes!)

I like to travel, meet some new people.
I speak French, English and Spanish.
I love doing sport, cooking for mates, take photos and listen to music.

I like meeting new people while traveling and would like to receive travelers in Paris (if) when I get back. I used to live in Nantes and Madrid.
