I'm Swiss-Xicana (mexican american) and been living in Brussels for a few years studying a master of geography. I am currently living in Puebla and taking classes at the BUAP.

⚠️ Right now, I’m in Mexico, so I can’t host at the moment.

I love traveling but try to approach it critically. I prefer to go to places where I have some connections, and when that’s not the case, the best way for me is by meeting locals, listening to their experiences, interests, and knowledge about the place. I’m always looking for community settings, and I try to avoid consumerist and colonial/imperialist tourism.

⚠️ After negative experiences with cis straight male hosts (which I had to report), I ONLY seek stays with women, nonbinary, trans, and/or queer hosts.

For these same reasons, and to help out fellow travelers, I prioritize hosting queer, nonbinary, trans people, and/(or women). I also value people with a political awareness of imperialism, colonialism, and heteronormativity, and i need to see this in your message.

Me encanta viajar, pero intento hacerlo con un enfoque crítico. Prefiero ir a lugares donde tengo alguna conexión y, cuando no es el caso, la mejor manera para mí es conocer personas locales, escuchar sus experiencias, intereses y conocimientos sobre el lugar. Any activities around and surrounded by nature work well for me. I love going on adventures through hitchhiking, camping and such. I also love exploring cities through local culture and art.
