About Me
I am a friendly person, who loves learning. I like getting to know people and places and share all sort of things and experiences. I am open minded and I get used very easy to different circumstances to enjoy live at the Max. Since I was 9 I play the Cello and I always loved music, so that is clearly my primary occupation, and the main reason I actually have to travel - To learn and share music and experiences.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Since being a musician demands a lot of time, even during holidays, I do not have much time to travel for vacations, although I love doing so, whenever there's an opportunity. I still travel when I am busy, despite of it, thanks to music, and its wonderful to get to know the world this way. Orchestral tours, chamber music projects, and music festivals nowadays invite young musicians to perform abroad all the time. So I often need to find a place to stay. Whenever I am at home I like to give others the oportunity to do the same on couchsurfing. I am completely new to couchsurfing, so I didn't host no one yet, but whenever I am Home you are welcome.
Interests
Music. Classical music in the first place, but also loads of other genres from jazz, over to electronic and indie and over to the fact that I love metal with all my heart and soul. Art Galleries, Theatres, etc. are very welcome as well and i love cycling, so I am almost always in for a ride!!!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
My one absolutely amazing experience was travelling trough all of Canada during July 2015 with YOA Orchestra of the Americas. From applicants of all over north-, central-, south america and the caribbean young musicians are chosen to form part of a symphony orchestra each year to perform with world-class conductors and musicians. It was all just too amazing. The feeling of performing with an orchestra of that level feels like rushing down a hill, or even jumping of a plane. It is pure adrenaline and love. I couldn't describe it any other way.
Teach, Learn, Share
Teach, Learn & Share, are the 3 things I want to do always. There is so much to learn abroad about everything. Culture, countries, music, knowledge and wisdom... In my homecountry education is quite bad for everyone who can't afford 1st class education. I am lucky to travel through and for music, but so many others can't. My cello professor, an incredible german cellist named Martin Osten, tells us students that everything he teaches us we must teach our stundents here in chile and work together for better education. And that is what I want to do. There is so much to share. Although I currently have only few cello students I love teaching, I love being able to make other people grow passionate about something.. about music, and about all the love it implies, and I love learing from other people the same!
What I Can Share with Hosts
Lots of music! You will be always welcome to concerts and activities! There's always a way to get free tickets for somebody! I love doing music for fun, imrpovising, etc, so if you play an instrument, no matter what, we can always do some music and I am very open to it! Besides of that, I am always willing to help in whatever I can, and whatever is needed in the household, or whatever issues there are!
