About Me
ABOUT ME
I guess i am kinda okay...at least sometimes...
I am pretty bad at writing about myself:/
Moved to Saarbrücken since April 2022 to study.
I spend some time in Cali, Colombia and learned how to dance. So it would be perfect to have a host/surfer that would like to go out dancing as well:)
Going out: I like going to places with good live music or salsa to dance. I don't get too much out of just going to a bar to get drunk. Electronic music is not too tempting either.
[I don't like to do small talk in hangouts. I rather use it for setting up activities etc.]
I left Germany in 2009 and have been living and travelling in different places since.
I in the process to find a new lifestyle that fits me. I stopped working my online job as i got too bored and i am looking for something new to do.
Vegetarian...yeah we just have to let everybody know.
PHILOSOPHY
If there is an online page that is asking for lots of personal information i don't provide them. The reason might be that i am just too lazy:P
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
mostly meetings/activities. Just a bit surfing and hosting. I am traveling all the time so i don't relay have a place to host.
I rather prefer hosts that are chill and life their normal live and depending on interest and time let their surfer take part in it.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I had some good, some interesting, some boring, some strange and no bad experiences so far. CS brought me into to the poorest villages Paraguay's, to a private rooftop party in Kuala Lumpur's, nice hikes in Rio and hundreds of exactly the same 'where are you from and for how long are you travelling here'-conversations, ...
so it's all right:)
Interests
Travelling
I was hiking the Via Dinarica through Croatia and Bosnia a 1000km long hiking trail
http://viadinarica.hr
I spend some time in Cali, colombia to learn dancing Salsa.
I am thinking about doing some more hiking in the future. I volunteered as a hiking guide in nicaragua and figured out that walking for hours in one direction totally fits my intellect.
some sports some times.
Music, Movies, and Books
Music:
Depending on mood and location a enjoy different kind of music.
I used to listen to rock/metal when i was younger. The music in latin america was quite enjoyable.
Most of hip hop is just silly and annoying, but there are some exceptions:-)
Movies:
I about never watch movies or TV. Not that there are no good movies, but there so many bad ones that's not worth the risk.
Books:
Sometimes i read a lot, sometimes not at all. I nearly always read no-fiction, for similar reasons i don't watch movies.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Once somebody stole my nose and then gave it back to me.
(There seem to be some confusion about this: with a little play of hands and commentary you can give a baby/little kid the illusion that you just took his nose. Of course you give it back again afterwards.)
Teach, Learn, Share
please teach me something interesting so i have something to write in here.
