Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I travel regularly between (Niagara - Toronto - Kingston- Ottawa - Montreal) I like to attend music festivals, bike around, hang out in parks & walk the artsy neighborhoods. I'd like to meet like minded people to chill with along the way. Also open to setting off on adventures a little more out of the way than usual.

Interests

I tend to gravitate towards Independent culture, I like people that make folk arts and music. I like to go out and listen to live music and have a pint. My favorite kind is garage/psychedelic rock, but i do enjoy a very large range of music from acoustic to EDM. I bike quite a bit & I've custom built quite a few bikes over the years. I Also really enjoy hiking and just being out in the forest where the air is still & pure. I often just chill the afternoon away on a picnic blanket at the park, whenever i feel the need to soak in some extra sun rays and good vibes.

Music, Movies, and Books

I mostly prefer independent films and documentaries over big budget Hollywood flicks. I'm quite content with whatever's on Netflix these days.
As for books, i'm mostly attracted to collections of short stories and poems.

I can fix almost anything you need help with while I'm around. Many things interest me and I regularly mend and re purpose all sorts of things. I'm also a great maintenance mechanic since I've worked as a carpenter, welder and studied Industrial Design & Engineering. I'd like the chance to hang around artists more, as i have lots of talents as a designer but lack the space to exercise much of my creativity. I'm open to collaborations and could help your reach the next level with your artistic projects.

What I Can Share with Hosts

Well, I'll be driving up from Niagara to Kingston and Ottawa.
I'm looking for a new 1Bdrm apartment to rent, or the right roommate to room with.
Need a couch to crash on while i figure it out.
I have a self inflating air mattress witch can almost entirely tuck out of sight during the day, So i don't take up much room.
I driving up with a little 5 seater Sunfire so i can Chauffeur for anything you need.
& i'm down to split on cooking supplies and stuff.
