One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Difficult to answer... The Camino de Santiago, the Northern Lights in Finland, whale watching in Portugal, climbing a glacier in Iceland and volunteering in Poland are certainly among the most beautiful things I've ever done... But I'm sure they will still be many!
