About Me
Hello my name is Mario, I'm cheerful, friendly and curious, I'm always trying to learn something new. I have a Civil Engineering Major but I think that my profession doesn't defines me completely. Love physics and maths but also arts and humanities. Love traveling and hang out with friends.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Hello I'm from Mexico City and I'm a professor at the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México, but right now I'm doing an Erasmus Mundus joint master degree in Flood Risk Management in different institutions across Europe.
While doing my master I’m planning to travel across Europe. I found Couchsurfing perfect for me, because I’m not only want to know the places but also the people, the history and the culture. I think the best way to know a city is hanging out with locals or people that have live in a city for a while who can break the cliches or stereotypes and show me the reality of each city.
