About Me
If you think adventure is dangerous, try routine - it is lethal. (Paolo Coelho)
Travelling, Sports, Nature are a few of my interests. Besides that I did my Masters in Marketing in Bern and recently graduated. I like being around others and having a fun time with whatever I'm doing.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
During my 7 month backpacking experience in South America I met many incredible people. Especially through Couchsurfing I met new friends. I'd like to keep this spirit up and meet other fellow travellers abroad or welcome them in my home.
Interests
I'm passionate about sports. Besides Squash as my original sport I enjoy running, beach volley, soccer, hiking and many more. I play the piano and also like reading books. Travelling is certainly one of the most enjoyable things in the world.

Music, Movies, and Books
I'm very open to almost every kind of music and movies. My absolute favourite book is "Walking the Amazon". It inspires and makes me wanting to hop on the next plane and start travelling !Others are "The Alchemist", "The Hundred-Year-Old Man Who Climbed Out the Window and Disappeared" and "1984". If you have a good book I can read - I'd love that!
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Cloofing in South Africa through Suicide Gorge and jumping from a 17 meter waterfall. It was definitely worth 8 hours of hiking. Adrenaline pure at the end of a unforgettable day.
And I have to mention several multiday hikes in Patagonia and the Andes - just stunning!
Teach, Learn, Share
Sharing is caring! One of the most important things ind live and also while travelling. I can share stories, nice company and music as I play the piano. I also like cooking and get to know other countries food. One of my favourite meals is Potjiekos, a South African meal normally cooked in a hotpot over the fire. Besides that I can teach you german and Squash.
What I Can Share with Hosts
I've got many stories and experiences from different part of the world which I share happily. But I also like listening to your stories and getting to know your city and culture or can show you around Lucerne and surroundings. I also like discussions and of course sharing a beer.
