Overview
About Me
When I was 21 I got a scholarship to study in Germany. It was my first time abroad and I learned to travel. I visited a few contries in Europe and headed to the USA for a year abroad again. After returning to Brazil, I've been always counting down the days for the next vacation. Today, I'm back in Germany for a master's degree.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I learned how to travel on a budget and got used to stay in hostels and meet other travelers. Couchsurfing offers me the chance to experience each destination as a local.

Music, Movies, and Books
I like listening to electronic and lounge music but all depends on the moment and place. For instance, when I was in Colombia I enjoyed reggaeton every day.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I was dressing up for a barbecue with friends on an ordinary Friday, when I got a cheap flight allert on my phone. It was only R$140 (US$35) round trip from Belo Horizonte to Maceió, departing in 3 hours and returning on Monday early morning (on time for work). I found a hostel, booked the flight and packed up fast. On my way to the airport I called my friends saying I couldn't go the barbecue and they thought I was joking. Eventually, I had an awesome (and cheap) weekend on the beach in Maceió.
