About Me
CURRENT MISSION
Live life to the fullest - see, hear, feel it all!
ABOUT ME
Grew up in Canada, currently an ESL teacher in Seoul.
I love to travel and meet new people. I have tons of varied interests including fencing, books, drinking, writing, travelling, music, and many more.
In myself and other people, I value keeping an open mind, treating everyone around you well, a willingness to try new things, and having a sense of humour.
PHILOSOPHY
Treat other people how you'd like to be treated.
Life is finite. Make the most of it.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I don't have extra space in my apartment, but I'm more than happy to meet up with new friends on weekends. I also know Seoul decently well by now, so I can show people around if our schedules match up.
In the future, I look forward to travelling and experiencing the other half of couchsurfing.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
Minimal. I made a few friends in a hostel who got me interested in the site, so I'm signing up.
I've done my share of backpacking, though, and one of my favourite parts is meeting new friends in hostels. I always find it amazing how people can make strong bonds quickly while travelling together in way that they can't in other parts of life.
Interests
I have tons of varied interests including fencing, books, drinking, writing, travelling, music, languages and many more.

Music, Movies, and Books
This list would be too long, or too incomplete. We can chat about these things when we meet up. I'll give you some genres, though:
Movies - historical, some comedy, some science fiction
Music - rock
Books - historical, philosophical, fantasy, and, more recently, non-fiction
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I ate live octopus once.
