About Me

I am not accepting guests at the moment because I haven't been home in a while..
I arrived in the USA in september after travelling in South America for 10 months. I haven't done couchsurfing in years but I want to do it in the US considering it is not a country that has many hostels, which makes it harder to meet people.
I have been travelling quite intensely since 2017, mainly in Asia before covid hit and Australia. So this means my life is not very stable, I don't own many things except what is in my backpack.
I tend to live and travel spontaneously so a lot of my decisions in life are just made with a snap of the fingers.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Mainly to socialize since I am a solo traveller and of course have a cheap get away. I like giving back and repay kindness by cooking, going out for a drink etc.

Interests

Traveling, nature, animal conservation, hiking, music, sustainable lifestyle, movies.

Music, Movies, and Books

I absolutely love asian culture when it comes to movies and music. I recently became a kpop fan (yes I am not ashamed of it!). But I also love listening to bands like radiohead, blur, 3 days grace, my chemical romance, metallica, iron maiden etc. So, I have pretty eclectic tastes.
For movies, I love action and martial art movies, which is why I turned to asian cinema because I think the best movies come from there. My favorite movie is The Raid from indonesia, also The man from Nowhere from South Korea.
For books, unfortunately, travelling makes it harder to read because I couldn't get used to Ebooks. But otherwise, I like fantasy, old classics like the Chronicles of Narnia or anything with elves or dwarves
