Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Next to visiting other people I like to have surfers staying at my place and showing them around. Meeting people this way makes traveling so much more fun and intense.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Gent, Belgium >> Great first time experience. Little odd to stay with someone you don't know yet, but Charlotte was very charming. We had a great time and Charlottes couch was very comfortable :)

Edinburgh, Scotland >> Wow what a nice group of people I met! Edinburgh Rocks for sure!

Again Gent, Belgium >> I was living in Gent for one year and couchsurfing is the best way of meeting people and getting to know the city. Perfect!

Amsterdam, Münster, Krakau, Budapest...

Music, Movies, and Books

Movies, music and books, anything I can get my hands on actually. But I tend to have kind of an odd taste. Very much like sci fi and fantasy books, but also (auto)biographies or history books keep my attention.
For music I like underground and metal but also electro, trance and classical

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I have seen the Dalai Lama walking down the street on a rainy day in Prague (not joking). Me and my friends were in a terrible mood because of a long stroll on an empty stomach, but he made our day just by smiling and nodding.

Countries I’ve Visited

Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, France, Germany, Hungary, Italy, Luxembourg, Poland, Scotland, Spain, Switzerland, Turkey, United Kingdom, United States

Countries I’ve Lived In
