ABOUT ME

Right now I'm living in London teaching yoga and studying healing therapies including yoga, NLP, EFT and some other crazy stuff.
In the autumn I am planning to present a variety of workshops in the US and central America, I like winters on tropical beaches.

PHILOSOPHY

Pain and suffering are inevitable...misery is optional.

I love teaching almost as much as I love learning... I teach yoga, English (ESL), meditation, chanting, healing and life skills for personal development kinda stuff.
