ABOUT ME

Everything is in the little things for me.
I am openminded, want to discover good things all over the world. I grew up in Austria, I live and study in Antwerp, Belgium. Which is good. being on the road isn't always that easy but it's just one of the best things :) People can only really learn through what they see and experience themselves, traveling is the best teaching method. I like to keep my heart and head open for new persons and experience and i truly enjoy people who do the same thing.
I love people. it is very important for me to get to know a lot about them and how we work in general, antropology is soooo interesting! I really appreciate people who are passionate about what they do and see and show their true emotions and personality.

more: love languages, literature and art, veggie food and tea. a cup of tea can do wonders. collagemaking, writing and thinking are some of my favorite activities.i love the mountains at home, my cat(actually almost all cats...I simply love cats.), springtime, apricots and berries, storms.. collecting buttons, books and stones. blogging, together with my lovely Sophia. My favorite sport is gardening, I can get totally obsessed with the hard work it can someties contain of!

I am a bit of a dreamer, but not when it comes to the people and world around me, i like to know what's going on and how people feel.
right now I am working out my own philosophy of life.(big project, yes.)(our kitty Charlie is one of the biggest sources of inspiration on this mission.)

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

-We stayed at Barbara's in Innsbruck.
-I already had lots of friends sleeping over on my couch, of course!
-Paris at Julien's wonderful place
-I met Nikki, Aengus and Wim in London
-surfing at Madeleine's place in Vienna
-occupying Gudl's bed in Dresden

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

meeting soulmates from all over Europe in the most unexpected moments. The craziest storm I've ever seen in Antwerp in may 09.
the great beauty and peace at the Almsee near my home. All the animals going to sleep and birds stopping to sing with a sun eclipse. three ants carrying a huge piece of potato-crisps.
