One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I sold my airplane ticket and my visa while travelling in Mexico for the first time, when I was 18. At the Mexico/US border, the armed customs agents did not want to let me pass into the US. After a thirty minute wait, they finally let me through.....I had the fright of my life....I thought I would end up in a Mexican prison!!! I hitchhiked from Mexico City all the way to Montreal.

I produce a play that toured all over Canada with no money.
