I'm a student at the moment, but an educator as a profession. Berlin is the city that shelters me while I do a Masters in neuroscience and brings me joy every time I take the bike to get some air.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Well, CS is a cool way to offer people an accommodation alternative. Sometimes that becomes such an inconvenience that trips don't get as far as they could be, so CS makes plans even better and more exciting.

Music, Movies, and Books

I am into blues, progressive rock and metal... cannot say I have a favorite band but Rush gets pretty close to the idea. I love listening to albums rather than songs, but that gets me pretty much in trouble when talking about music... Few listen to those these days.
As to books, I think Love in the time of cholera and Kafka on the shore are two that come to mind, but there are others that I've enjoyed.
Movies is a tough filed as well because there lots of them I enjoy every year. Once were warriors, Memento, The Broken circle breakdown are just three titles. It's silly to list them, really.
