About Me

I am a sophomore in college in Charlotte, North Carolina studying Hotel-Lodging and Travel-Tourism Management. I moved to Berlin to study abroad for 2 months and just want to travel as much as possible while I am here. There is so much to see and experience that I don't want to let the opportunity pass by.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I heard from friends back home that this was an amazing site to meet new people and make friendships for a lifetime and I wanted to experience it for myself. Staying with locals is a great way to learn the city and the culture and that is all I want to experience while being abroad.

Interests

My interests include warm, cozy nights under my heated blanket watching Friends, How I Met Your Mother, Scandal, Grey's Anatomy, Family Guy, One Tree Hill and Gossip Girl. If I am not in my bed watching Netflix then you can find me out on the town with my friends or family, traveling, at work or jamming out to music speeding down the highway.

Music, Movies, and Books

I love Nicholas Sparks movies, 50 Shades of Grey, the Blindside, Dirty Grandpa, Neighbors, Under the Tuscan Sun, Forrest Gump and plenty more I just can't think of them!

My favorite artists include: Adele, Amy Winehouse, G-Eazy, Jeremih, Chris Brown, Trey Songz, Rae Sremmurd, Kevin Gates and many, MANY more!

I don't read books, I will just catch the movie when it comes out! LOL!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

While my friends and I were in Barcelona we walked for 14 hours and over 15 miles in one day. We ended up at the beach around midnight and I decided I wanted to go swimming in my birthday suit. With people scattered around the beach I said "Screw it!" and decided to go skinny dipping. I can officially say I went skinny dipping in the Mediterranean Sea!

What I Can Share with Hosts

I can share my Southern culture and how to make some great fried chicken with biscuits and gravy. I studied culinary in high school and got to compete nationally at DisneyLand. I love cooking and would be happy to share my skills with my host.

Countries I’ve Visited

Bahamas, Canada, France, Germany, Greece, Italy, Mexico, Spain, Turkey
