CURRENT MISSION

To explore, gain knowledge, inspire and be inspired.

Aside from meeting awesome people and making memories, my 2015 travel intentions will be gaining knowledge in every possible way, building my health coaching practice in order to help others, and setting myself up at a culinary arts school.
I'm making my way to the west coast :)

ABOUT ME

I'll throw a few adjectives out there to start.. I'm a very open minded, helpful, thoughtful, and positive being :)

I love to be social, but I also take time to enjoy solitude. I have my routines, but I think spontaneity is more fun. I'm spiritual, but also business minded. Sometimes I'm loud, but I know when to be quiet. I like to stay active, but I have my lazy days. I love the sun, but I'm a night owl. Life is about finding a balance.

I enjoy learning and will actually be checking out some schools this year during my travels. The food industry, health, and nutrition are my main studies. I am taking an online course to be a certified health coach. With this source currently being my main feed of education, I also absorb what knowledge I can from the connections I make and experiences I have. This is one of my main intentions while I travel. I dig farmers markets!

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I've couchsurfed throughout Arizona and continue planning trips to satiate my urge to explore.

Unfortunately, I cannot host at the moment but as soon as I can I will be willing to open my home and show travelers my hospitality!

I hope to gain many connections, stories, and adventures through the couchsurfing community :)

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I couchsurfed my way around Arizona in June 2014. Mainly, I got to experience their city life around the Phoenix Metro area, climbed my way to the top of Bell Rock in Sedona, and wild camped in Flagstaff with so many ventures and lovely connections in between. It was a beautiful experience.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach you what I know so far about the food industry and nutrition (actually, I would love to be able to spread this knowledge). Maybe you want to learn how to dance with a hoop - I can show ya that. I sometimes point out a certain way that people think in order to open their eyes to it, so I may even be able to teach you something about yourself. We would have to see what our connection brings us.
I love to learn more about the topics I have listed above but really any information or skill gained is seen as a plus to me so tell me and show me what you know!
