Hello! My name is Marisol and I come from a little village near Venice, in Italy. After high school I decided to take a sabbatical year to clear my mind and to make new experience. So at the moment I’m participating to a volunteering project in France with an association which deals with the renovation of the homes of people who find themselves in a precarious situation. I still don’t know what I gonna do in my future but for now I enjoy this experience and the opportunities that is giving to me.

Music, Movies, and Books

I listen lot of music and I love concerts, I don’t have a favourite singer or a favourite song but at the moment I’m obsessed with Perotá Chingó.
In the last year I began to be more and more interested in the world of cinema and to love cinematic language; the last movie that has leaved a mark for me is “A cœur ouvert », by Marion Laine.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I think so far one of the most amazing adventure I've ever had was the Jamboree in 2019, an international scout event in West Virginia. In those two weeks I met guys from all over the world and I felt connected with the various forms of humanity, religions and cultures.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I love to share my favourites recipes and to learn new ones, I really enjoy cooking and in my opinion it’s a beautiful way to present your own culture and discover the history of the other people.
I also play a little bit the guitar, so if there is a guitar nearby we can improvise a small concert! ;)
