Hello! My name is Marissa and I'm originally from Chicago, IL, but I've lived in Florida most of my life. I'm finishing up a degree at the University of Central Florida in orlando, FL. Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Not only do I travel a lot for work, but I also love traveling for pleasure. I took a trip to India and parts of Europe in December and it was the best experience of my life. I'm interested in meeting new people, learning about other cultures, and traveling to other places. That's why I'm on Couchsurfing.
I am in an odd position of living in a three bedroom house alone because the house is being sold by the owner. So I'd love to welcome people into my house and provide a nice place for them to stay while they're exploring or working in Orlando.

**Anyone staying with me would have to be okay with my dog. He's almost a year old and a real love, but I would prefer that the people staying with me like dogs and won't be put off or annoyed if he wants to play with you or lick your hands. He's just very friendly**

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

My trip to India (Delhi, Varanasi, Agra, Jaipur, and Bundi) was definitely one of the most amazing things I've done. But I also rescued a dog when I was younger and I'm raising a puppy right now. He's almost a year old and he is my life.
