Olá

Já faz um tempo que estava sem utilizar o site, agora atualizei a residência pro rio de Janeiro e estou disponível como host no momento, procurando hosts em Campo Grande MS também para março/22 :) Boa parte do meu perfil está em inglês porque recebi muitos estrangeiros na minha casa e também fiz CS nos EUA por um bom tempo, mas qqr dúvida pode enviar um inbox.

ABOUT ME

I am back to hosting! I'm happy to meet new travellers around, to stay over or just meet up. I currently live in Rio. All good people are very welcome :)

I am a vet from Brazil. Doing post grad in feline medicine. Did an exchange program in Canada at the University of Guelph in 2014 when I started travelling abroad. I have travelled during my breaks through the US and Canada and really enjoyed doing it. I usually travel alone and meet a lot of people on the way, I've made a lot of friends like that and expect to make even more :)

About myself: I was born in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, lived in Bom Jesus, in northeastern Brazil for 3 years before going to Canada, now I'm in Brazil. I've been in almost all regions of Brazil and seen a lot of different people here, that's when I see how my country is diverse lol

I really like animals in general, cats, dogs, birds, horses, wild animals, and people! :)

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

During University years I went to many conferences in Bahia, Pernambuco and Brasilia, so I can say I had some "classroom surfing" experience there since every conference we used to stay in an empty classroom at the university :p I've been hosted a few times in the US and also met people around there as well. Really nice people and also some weird ones, but it all counts as experience. Now I want to return the awesome experience and host :)

Teach, Learn, Share

I really like when people want to learn Portuguese and it's always a pleasure to teach something, even if it's just a few words. Also really like to learn new local slangs in English, or other languages, at least some sentences/words, always very fun :)

What I Can Share with Hosts

A nice conversation, share my portuguese (some people like to learn some words) lol and of course I like to cook. Things I can cook: brigadeiro, muqueca, brazilian beans, baked meat, cakes, caipirinha and usual food like rice, pasta, fryed meat, eggs etc. lol I'm not a chef but I like my food..

Daily, for myself I don't like to cook that much, but for other people I like.
