About Me

I'm a full time nanny living in Houston! Growing up we didn't travel much but now that I'm older I've been really getting into it. I feel this calling to see the world and explore it. Also I've been reading about women solo travel and think it's super cool and totally my kinda traveling. (But that doesn't mean I'm anti-social, cause I'm definitely not).

I like all types of fun and all types of people. I don't consider myself a picky person, which mostly means I can be indecisive but that's because I'm usually good with whatever happens in life. My favorite thing ever is to learn about other cultures and how people think.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I think it's a great way to meet people who know about the area I'm staying in. People who are nice enough to open their home to me and let me hear their story are the kinda people I wanna be around throughout my life. I'm clean and hate conflict so I'll never cause trouble in your home!
I’m also interested in hosting surfers who have a sense of wonder when they travel and want to explore the local and even tourist side of Houston (both are fun).

Music, Movies, and Books

Music: Rainbow Kitten Surprise, Mt. Joy, Still Woozy, any and all sad songs, and any indie music are what I listen to most but I enjoy everything!

Movies: sad movies? One Day, and The Illusionist (the cartoon one) are my favorite.

Books: I’m awful at reading but my friend started a book club recently so I’m just now starting! In college I enjoyed my textbooks about history, politics, ethics, and psychology.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I've swam in a lake FILLED with jellyfish (they evolved to lose their sting).
