Whatup, my name is Marius. I am a 25 young swiss guy who likes to travel. When I am not on the road with my backpack I work as a roofer during summer time and as a snowboard instructor in winter. I enjoy to get around, discover different coultures, have fun and enjoy the moment. I am an outgoing guy and always up for something new.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I like the whole idea behind it. It's such a simple way to meet new people from all over the world.I think the important thing in life is not where you go, but who you travel with.
Hopefully I'll meet up friendly travelers or hosts to share stories and adventures with.

Interests

I am always up for a run outside. I love doing sports in generall. Even better is to go for an adventure, especially during traveltimes. Once I ended up somewhere in the mountains in Laos with a piece of paper which suppose to be a map! Somehow my friend and I figure out the way, but it wasnt the best idea ever. Beside of getting lost in the jungle, I do enjoy coffee, long nights with friends, Techno, Streetart, the taste of saltwater, a turn in powder with a snowboard on my feet... and so on. Music, Movies, and Books

Reading books is not really a passion of mine, except Travel-Guides. I prefer to watch a movie or to listen to music and relax. I am very into Hip Hop/ Rap and Techno.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

When I was eleven years old our family went on a trip to Honduras and Guatemala. We stayed there on a sailing boat owned by our friends and sailed from island to island. It was an amazing experience for me to get so many different and intense impressions.
