Hey you,
I'm Marius, currently studying medicine in Leipzig. I'm a sporty person, played football all my life as well as Basketball, Frisbee or a bit Tennis with my friends. I have fun doing almost every sport, especially those involving a ball. Besides sports I'm a huge music-lover of almost every genre, mainly all kinds of Rock, Indie, Folk as well as Hip-Hop and Soul or Metal and Metalcore.
Food is a big part of my life, I love cooking good, simple food. I'm not strikt vegetarian or vegan, but try to live responsibly.
At night I enjoy meeting people in cool bars or cafés but usually I'm more of an outdoors person, nature-lover and sunset-chaser. Generally I'm always open for a drink or two or any other fun thing there is to do out there.
Usually, but especially while traveling, I'm a very spontaneous and undemanding person, going day by day and totally fine to sleep anywhere.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

After a camper-van-trip with my best friend through the country I'm continuing traveling through Portugal, mainly because I'm working on a story I've been writing on for a few years and dream of finishing it. I would love to find some inspiration and time to work while I meet new people and see some new places.
I did not plan my vacation at all, I just came to Portugal to write. My traveling companion introduced me to CS because she had very nice experiences traveling like this and since I'm looking for nice people and inspirational places away from the masses of tourists, this might be perfect for me.
I really don't have any plan and I am happy for every place to sleep I get, I have a sleeping matt and a sleeping bag. I am open to sleep one night at a place, as well as spontaneously staying a week, I'm just looking forward to meet you!
